You’re here to have fun. We’re here to make that possible. For all that to happen, Spooksieboo Events has a few policies that are necessary for the safety and comfort of everyone. Please comply so that you and everyone else can enjoy the event. These policies are for any event organized by Spooksieboo Events and hosted at the respective location where the event will be held (herein after referred to as, The Venue).
These policies may vary by The Venue and are subject to change.
Attendees must respect commonsense rules for public behavior, personal interaction, common courtesy, and respect for private property. Harassing or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. The Venue reserves the right to revoke admission of any attendee not in compliance with this policy. Persons finding themselves in a situation where they feel their safety is at risk or who become aware of an attendee not in compliance with this policy should immediately locate the nearest member of security or staff member so that the matter can be handled in an expeditious manner.
No handing out of anything—including flyers, stickers, cards, or any promotional item—is allowed in any area inside or outside The Venue, except from within a booth of an approved/participating vendor.
Scooters and bicycles are not allowed on the grounds. By order of the Fire Marshal, Hover Boards are not allowed at The Venue, including all inside or outside common areas, and additional public areas near The Venue.
Please be aware that, for safety reasons, no handcarts, trolleys, rolling luggage, or oversized strollers are allowed in The Venue. Attendees found with these items may be asked to leave The Venue.
SpooksieBoo Events and The Venue does not allow market research, surveys, or information-gathering in any public area—indoors or outdoors—of the The Venue grounds, or any other common area or public area near The Venue.
Please keep in mind that there will be no personal pages over any P.A. system (even if one is available). Set a time and place to meet with your family and friends and communicate with them via text or phone when necessary.
If you have pets, including iguanas, parrots, boa constrictors, or other nonhuman critters, please reach out the SpooksieBoo Events via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Venue reserves the right to refuse some types of animals (except for service animals). Keep in mind that, even if approved, your pet will still have to follow certain policies, including but not limited to: Always being accompanied, not disturbing any other guest, and keeping social distancing from guests.
If your service animal is not wearing any kind of ID identifying them as a service animal, you may be stopped by event staff and/or asked to leave.
Retail sales are strictly limited to the approved exhibitors/vendors in The Event program.
No retail sales are allowed anywhere in The Venue unless you purchased or were allocated exhibit space. This includes common areas such as lobbies, program rooms, and outside venues, such as The Venue grounds, and any common area and public area near The Venue.
In addition, there is no solicitation of tips, fees, or donations for any reason, unless you have a booth, table, or official space allocated by SpooksieBoo Events or The Venue.
