KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
LET US ENJOY THIS GHOULISH EXPERIENCE IN A SAFE MANNER
As you prepare to visit, please know that we’ve made updates based on guidance from health authorities and appropriate government agencies.

It may be different from any prior SpooksieBoo Event. But together, we can find new ways to create delightfully spooky moments—and memories to treasure.

PLEASE HELP US BY FOLLOWING THESE GUIDING PRINCIPLES

FACE COVERINGS

Face coverings are required for all attendants (ages 2 and up), vendors, and event staff at all times (EVEN WHEN TAKING PICTURES INSIDE THE SANCTUARY EXPERIENCE). Please bring your own face coverings and wear them at all times, except when eating or drinking in designated areas. You may remove your face covering while actively eating or drinking, but you should be stationary and maintain appropriate physical distancing.

All face coverings (whether disposable or reusable) must:

Be made with at least 2 layers of breathable material.
Fully cover the nose and mouth and secure under the chin.
Fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face.
Be secured with ties or ear loops and allow the Guest to remain hands-free.
Costume masks are also not considered an appropriate replacement for face coverings. Please see our: costume guidelines for more information.

The use of face coverings is not a substitute for physical distancing.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

Temporary adjustments are in place to promote physical distancing.

Physical distancing measures may include:

Staying at least 6 feet away from others during both the indoor and outdoor experiences: “The Ghoul Market” walking isles have also been widely spaced, to allow for this guideline.
Signage and/or Ground Markings: Please follow any directional signage and/or ground markings, which have been installed throughout the venue to help everyone better navigate common areas while practicing physical distancing.
Physical Barriers: Physical barriers have been added in select places where it is difficult to maintain strict physical distancing guidelines, such as cash register areas for each of the vendors. These may help promote proper distances between people.

TEMPERATURE SCREENINGS

Temperature screenings will be instituted at every entrance to the venue.

You may be required to undergo a temperature screening with no-touch thermometers before entry to some locations.

Based on guidance from health authorities, anyone displaying a temperature of 100.4 F or above will be directed to an additional location for rescreening and assistance. Those with temperatures 100.4 F or above will not be allowed entry; those in their party will not be allowed entry either.

Before you leave home, be sure to check the temperatures of everyone in your party—including yourself—as an extra layer of precaution.

SANITATION STATIONS

Sanitation stations , or hand sanitizer dispensers, will be accessible throughout the venue.

We encourage all to use these frequently.
